Job Description

We are looking for a Frontend Lead to join our team at Webcode. In this role, you will be responsible for:

  • Taking Figma wireframes and Figma prototypes and converting them into pixel-perfect, responsive, and high-performance web pages and mobile apps.
  • Connecting front-end components to backend REST APIs to ensure seamless functionality.
  • Creating and managing Vue components, ensuring they are well-documented and added to Storybook.
  • Ensuring the application performs well across different devices and browsers.
  • Collaborating with designers and backend developers to create a cohesive user experience.
  • Writing and maintaining clean, efficient, and well-documented code.
  • Participating in code reviews and providing constructive feedback.
  • Staying up-to-date with the latest trends and best practices in front-end development.

Requirements

  • Proficiency in HTML, CSS, and Typescript.
  • Strong experience with Vue 3 and related tools such as Vite, Pinia, and Vitest.
  • Experience converting Figma wireframes and Figma prototypes into responsive, high-performance web pages and mobile apps.
  • Knowledge of best practices for web performance, accessibility, and SEO.
  • Experience using Storybook for documenting and managing components.
  • Ability to write clean, efficient, and maintainable code.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
  • Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.

If you do not have experience as a Frontend Lead yet, you must be a computer science graduate with a focus on frontend development.

All successfully screened candidates will be asked to complete a technical test with those who successfully pass being invited for interview.
