Job Description
We are looking for a DevSecOps Lead (permanent) to join our team at Webcode. In this role, you will be responsible for:
- Managing AWS cloud infrastructure through AWS CloudFormation, AWS SAM, etc.
- Ensuring that adequate logging and monitoring is in place.
- Reviewing the work of developers from a security standpoint to ensure software security.
- Implementing cyber security countermeasures on the network level.
- Automating security processes and integrating them into the CI/CD pipeline.
- Conducting regular security assessments and vulnerability scans.
- Responding to and mitigating security incidents and breaches.
- Collaborating with development teams to create secure software architectures.
- Developing and maintaining security policies, procedures, and documentation.
- Providing training and guidance to development teams on security best practices.
- Staying up-to-date with the latest security trends, threats, and technology solutions.
- Conducting security code reviews and providing feedback to developers.
- Participating in regular security audits and compliance checks.
Requirements
- Experience with AWS cloud infrastructure management.
- Proficiency in AWS CloudFormation, AWS SAM, and related technologies.
- Strong understanding of logging and monitoring tools.
- Experience in software security review and implementation of security measures.
- Knowledge of cyber security principles and network security countermeasures.
- Experience with CI/CD pipeline automation and integration.
- Familiarity with security assessment and vulnerability scanning tools.
- Ability to respond to and manage security incidents.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
If you do not have experience as a DevSecOps Lead yet, you must be a computer science graduate with a focus on cloud, networking, and security.
All successfully screened candidates will be asked to complete a technical test with those who successfully pass being invited for interview.
